Guide the probe slowly while watching both the cable and screen. Stop when resistance changes unexpectedly. Keep the bending section away from sharp edges, pinch points and a radius tighter than the exact model permits.

Step 6: Steer from a known orientation

Use the control to steer the two-way head within its stated 210-degree range. Make small control inputs, pause before changing direction, and return toward neutral before withdrawing through a tight opening. Do not bend the camera head by hand or hold it against its travel limit.

Wipe and dry only the probe section according to the current instructions, keep the main unit and connectors dry, reinstall the vehicle access plug or component, and store the cable without a tight coil.

Read and verify the result

Interpret the image only after you can locate it. First save a wider frame that shows the inspection area, then a closer frame that shows the suspected condition. Change one variable at a time—viewing angle, distance or LED brightness—so glare, shadow and debris are not mistaken for damage.
