2014 GMC Sierra Lost Power Steering and Three Modules: Corrosion at X185 Broke the Path
DLC resistance was 120 ohms, while data remained good at the BCM side. Diagram-guided tracing identified chassis-to-body connector X185 near the underhood fuse block; corroded.
